Standard shipping is a flat $6.95 per order. Orders of $50.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders are generally prepared within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

Orders ship from Frankfort, Illinois, primarily through USPS. Tracking information will be provided after your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside Broom Ryder’s control.

Local pickup is available in Frankfort, Illinois by appointment.

Pickup orders are generally ready within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We will contact you when your order is ready and provide pickup details. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.

All sales are final. Because our teas and botanical products are consumable food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Personal taste preferences, aroma preferences, or simply changing your mind do not qualify for a return, exchange, replacement, or refund.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, contact us within 72 hours of the carrier’s recorded delivery time.

• Clear photographs when applicable

Photos may include the shipping package, mailing label, packing materials, and affected product.

Each request will be reviewed individually. Depending on the circumstances, Broom Ryder may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping address before submitting an order, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers.

Address changes may be requested before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable customer-provided address are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping charge. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply if the order is resent.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, the delivery area, and the carrier.

If the package remains missing, contact us within 72 hours of the carrier’s recorded delivery scan.

We will review the tracking information and assist where possible, but a carrier’s delivered scan does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.

Broom Ryder botanical blends are loose-leaf food and beverage products made from herbs and other botanicals such as leaves, flowers, roots, seeds, berries, bark, and peels.

Always review the complete ingredient list before purchasing or consuming a blend, particularly if you have allergies, sensitivities, dietary concerns, or ingredient restrictions.
